..so devina and clara both woke me up at 4am and 4.30am just to make sure i make it to the airport and catch the 6.10am flight..gosh, now i know why i hated the early training sessions back in s'pore..and to actually wake up at that God-forskaen time, bathe, change and book a cab with an equally groggy operator (yes devi, my skybus plan got shelved coz its was too cold and too far..) is no mean feat..but somehow i made it there and checked myself in on time.

..the flight was really empty for some reason..and equally surprising was the fact tt the flight crew were actually cheerful..(qantas MUST be paying them helluva lotta OT pay..) anyway i got a whole row to myself..so plonked my butt on a window seat and stretched out..halfway through the flight i got woken up (politely, of course) by powdered scrambled eggs and mushy tomatoes..(well, it was either that or "Just Right!" cereal). Well i popped open the window cover (or whatever its called) and saw this..

well, the view was much nicer than THAT..i tot the airplane engine was kinda superfluous..so i took another picture (mind u this is with my hp and i had to duck the stewardess whenever they walked past)..

..lovely, isn't it? ok, fine..maybe not lovely..but its nice..and it kinda reminded me of what Tom Hanks said in Forrest Gump when he was running..something like "..i couldn't tell where Earth ended and Heaven began.." sometimes its words like that that make u sit back and go "wow..i never thought about it THAT way.."

ok going to run off to buy dinner..pohie is coming over tonight so gotta prepare for the queen..later!
